How To Create A Mood Board

Every successful styling project starts with a mood board.

If you’re not familiar, A mood board, is a collage of different images that serve as inspiration and a guide for you to prepare for a new project whether that’s a photo shoot or a red carpet client. A mood board is so great because you can ensure you and your client are on the same page about the style direction. Sharing a mood board is also beneficial because you can add notes explaining your ideas, get feedback from them and plan out exactly what type of clothing to pull for your project.

Some projects will already have a moodboard set for you to go based off of-other projects will ask you to create one, and you will want to be prepared when that happens.
