Why you should know her: You can thank Micaela for Lupita's red carpet reign. Michaela is a prime example of a stylist having a hand in elevating their client's career. Being on best-dressed lists all over means exposure that can lead to endorsement deals for a celebrity, new roles, and more. Of course being super talented and gorgeous has worked in Lupita's favor too.

Why you should know her: Two words: Chadwick Boseman. Unless you've been living under a rock this year you've definitely seen or at least heard of Black Panther, the movie Chadwick plays the lead role in. When an actor has a lead role that means tons of red carpets, interviews, and other press that require completely different outfits. With menswear where guys can easily get away with a simple black suit, but Ashley exhibited creativity in each of Chadwick's looks with clever use of prints and color, raising the bar for men's fashion. Ashley has other clients of course, but she did her thing with Chadwick!

Why you should know her: Ilaria is Hollywood's go-to men's stylist. She's so good at what she does that she just recently launched a men's clothing line so the everyday man can get the amazing fit and sharp look of her clients including Armie Hammer, Donald Glover (or Childish Gambino, take your pick), Ryan Reynolds, and the Rock.
