ITINERARY

DAY 1

Today is the day for arrivals and check-ins at a breathtaking luxury hotel with high class services and facilities. Once everyone’s settled, you’ll get to meet all the fashionistas at our Meet & Greet on a dinner cruise along the Seine River. Keep that camera ready, you’ll get to see the Eiffel Tower in all its beauty at dawn when it lights up. We always want to make sure each person feels welcomed, and enjoys their first night in a new country, the Fashion Mentor way.

DAY 2

Did you even go to Paris if you didn’t get any Eiffel Tower content? Or the Louvre? Didn’t think so. Today is the day where we’ll explore the city of lights and all its iconic sites on a private sightseeing tour. Afterwards, we’ve arranged for you to unleash your creativity in a hands-on workshop where you'll design and create your very own custom handbag, a perfect keepsake from your time in Paris #Chanelwho?

DAY 3

We’re in the fashion capital of the world, so we can’t miss the opportunity to learn a bit of history (but make it fun). You will get to immerse yourself in the legacy of one of fashion's greatest designers with an exclusive tour of the YSL Museum and Studio in Paris. We will also take a stroll down the Champs Elysees, every fashion lover’s dream: this world-renowned shopping boulevard in Paris is home to all the luxury flagship stores before we make our way to Dior Galerie. This museum transports you into a time of elegance and you will discover the history of Dior at this museum dedicated to the iconic fashion house.

DAY 4

Take some time to yourself and relax, you’ll get a full free day to yourself to do whatever you’d like. Paris is like the New York of Europe—the city never sleeps and there is ALWAYS something to do. Whether you want to hang out with Mona Lisa inside the Louvre, take a day trip to London with your new friends (only a 2 hour train away!), go on a foodie tour to eat all the crepes and croissants your heart desires, or see a show at the Moulin Rouge—this day is yours to enjoy to its fullest.

DAY 5

You’re in for a lavish time with your option of day trips: For my glamour girlies that love bubbles, take we’ve arranged a trip to France’s champagne region where you will see how your favorite bubbly is made along with tastings that will be sure to please your discerning palette. If you’re more a history buff, let them eat cake at Marie Antoinette’s former stomping grounds: The Palace of Versailles. Whichever you choose, you’re in for a luxurious last day.

Once the sun sets, we’ll have dinner together for the final night. We’ll say our goodbyes, share favorite trip memories, and dine together as one big travel family.  We like to do our final dinners big, so prepare to eat good, and we mean GOOD. The best thing about this goodbye is that it won’t last forever. It’s never goodbye, more of a see you later.

DAY 6

Everyone will depart as airport transportation comes to pick you up from our hotel in time to make your flight home. Although we’ve taken the time to say goodbye, we only hope that you’ll leave feeling like you’ve experienced the trip of a lifetime. We couldn’t wait to have this Parisian experience with you and will be overjoyed seeing it come to life and close on the best note possible. Until next time, xo.

Q: What is the Paris Fashion Experience registration cost?

The investment for this experience is $3950. You can register here. There are Klarna and Affirm payment plan options available at checkout. Full balance is due 30 days before the trip starts (Start date: May 25th, 2025).

Q: Is there a payment plan?

Yes there are Klarna and Affirm payment plan options available at checkout. If you do not qualify for Affirm, contact us at hello@fashionmentor.co for our in-house payment plan option.

Q: What is your refund policy?

We understand life happens however please note there is a no refund policy. Please try to make sure that you can attend the trip before booking it. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance (CFAR) within 10 days of your purchase. If you need to cancel your booking, you’ll be able to recover your investment from your insurance provider. 

Q: I’m interested but don’t feel comfortable sharing space with another person, are there private room options?

Q: Is this a styling class?

There is not a class component to this trip.

Q: When/where will this event be held?

The Paris Fashion Experience will be held from May 25-30th 2025 in the biggest fashion capital of the world: Paris, France.

Q: Are flights included?

No, you are responsible for your flight to and from Paris. However, your hotels stay is included with your ticket. Hotel accommodations are shared within a shared room with another Paris Fashion Experience attendee. You will be able to connect with other attendees before the trip starts.

Q: Which Airport should I fly into?

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is the most popular airport in the city. Orly Airport (ORY) in Paris is another option that is smaller and closer to the city center.

Q: What flight schedule do you suggest?

Arrivals: We suggest arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) no later than 4pm, so that you will have time to settle in and attend our Meet and Greet. 

Departures: We suggest that you plan to depart from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) the morning or afternoon of May 30th, 2025, as hotel check out is at 11am. 

Q: What happens if I miss a payment?

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email at hello@fashionmentor.co. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

Q: After I make my first reservation, how do I start making monthly payments?

Monthly payments will be withdrawn on an outlined schedule when you sign up with Affirm. If you register under our in-house payment plan, monthly payments are withdrawn automatically on the same date originally registered. For example if you signed up on September 15th, the payments will be due the 15th of every month until paid in full. You will also receive reminder emails in advance regarding your upcoming payments

Q: What day should I fly in/out Paris?

You will want to check into the hotel on May 25th. That means if you’re coming from Los Angeles and the flight is 11 hours, your flight would leave May 24th and you would land May 25th. It is each Individual attendee’s responsibility to ensure their flight arrives on the correct date. Checkout will be May 30th.

Q: Will there be time to explore on my own?

Absolutely! There will be enough time for you to explore both cities at your leisure whether you want to go see Mona Lisa at the Louvre, see a show at Moulin Rouge, or people watch near one of the city’s many cafes.

Q: When will I receive the day-to-day itinerary for my trip?

Itineraries are sent 30 days before the trip via email.
