ITINERARY

DAY 1

Today is the day for arrivals and check-ins at a breathtaking luxury hotel with high class services and facilities. Once everyone’s settled, you’ll get to meet all the fashionistas at our Meet & Greet dinner ; we always want to make sure each person feels welcomed, and enjoys their first night in a new country, the Fashion Mentor way.

DAY 2

Did you even go to Paris if you didn’t get any Eiffel Tower content? Or the Louvre? Didn’t think so. Today is the day where we’ll explore the city of lights and all its iconic sites on a private sightseeing tour. Afterwards, we’ve arranged for you to unleash your creativity in a hands-on workshop where you'll design and create your very own custom handbag, a perfect keepsake from your time in Paris #Chanelwho?

DAY 3

We’re in the fashion capital of the world, so we can’t miss the opportunity to learn a bit of history (but make it fun). You will get to immerse yourself in the legacy of one of fashion's greatest designers with an exclusive tour of the YSL Museum and Studio in Paris. We will also take a stroll down the Champs Elysees, every fashion lover’s dream: this world-renowned shopping boulevard in Paris is home to all the luxury flagship stores before we make our way to Dior Galerie. This museum transports you into a time of elegance and you will discover the history of Dior at this museum dedicated to the iconic fashion house.

DAY 4

In the morning, you will say “au revoir” to Paris and prepare for a short 2 hour train ride to London Town. Once we arrive, you will check into your hotel and settle in before meeting the group for a private, luxe sightseeing experience. We will see Big Ben, Westminster Abbey (where all the royals get married and crowned), and of course get your photos of the famous red phone booths. Pssttt. These red phone booths are typically crowded with long lines but we’ll take you to a little known spot to get the best shot (minus a crowd).

DAY 5

No real fashionista leaves London without a visit to Harrods. At over a million square feet with 330 departments, this is the world’s most famous and most luxurious department store.

We’ll start the day at their Prada Cafe for a private group breakfast then you’ll be free to enjoy a free day, whether you explore Harrods and the luxurious neighborhood it is located in, Knightsbridge, with your new friends or choose to just relax. There is SO much to see and do in London. You have your pick of neighborhoods, museums, shops, and more to explore.

Here are a few free time suggestions:

• Visit Princess Diana’s former home, Kensington Palace which has now turned into a museum featuring fashion exhibits

• Victoria & Albert Museum also known for their exquisite fashion exhibits (it’s free!)

• Walk the Beatle’s path on Abbey Road

• Check out the colorful homes of the Notting Hill neighborhood

• Visit the Tower of London

• See a theatre show at Covent Garden

DAY 6

It’s time to check-out from your London hotel, we’re headed back to Paris! You’ll get another opportunity to have some free time, using the day for whatever you’d like. Enjoy free time soaking up more of Paris’s charming neighborhoods before we head to Milan the next day. You’re in for a lavish time.

DAY 7

Sit back and relax while we take the speed train from Paris to Milan. Before you know it, you’ll be saying “ciao”. Welcome to Italia! Check into your Milan hotel and settle in before we head to the Giorgio Armani museum for a deep dive into this iconic designer’s fashion archives.

Once the sun sets, we’ll have dinner together. Get ready to have the freshest pasta (or pizza!) of your life. After a day of traveling, take the time to rest up before we explore the best shopping and fashion Milan has to offer.

DAY 8

You already have an idea of how big of an influence Italy has on the fashion industry (Versace, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Cavalli.. should we go on?). You will learn exactly how Italy plays a part in moving the needle of fashion as a whole and learn all about Milan's fashion history during a specially curated tour for our group. And of course, you can’t go to Milan without exploring the finest fashion areas. Skip the googling because we will take you straight to the high-end shopping areas along with sharing the hidden gems if you’re more into vintage finds.

day 9

It’s never the right time to say goodbye…but like most good things, our fashion adventure comes to an end with taking the train back to Paris where we’ll have dinner together for the final night on the Seine River with Eiffel Tower views upon views. We’ll say our goodbyes, share favorite trip memories, and dine together as one big travel family.  We like to do our final dinners big, so prepare to eat good, and we mean GOOD. The best thing about this goodbye is that it won’t last forever.

day 10

Everyone will depart as airport transportation comes to pick you up from our hotel in time to make your flight home. Although we’ve taken the time to say goodbye, we only hope that you’ll leave feeling like you’ve experienced the trip of a lifetime. We couldn’t wait to have this fashion experience with you and will be overjoyed seeing it come to life and close on the best note possible. Until next time, xo.

Q: What is the Paris Fashion Experience registration cost?

The investment for this experience is $7995. There are Klarna and Affirm payment plan options available at checkout. Full balance is due 30 days before the trip starts.

Q: What is your refund policy?

We understand life happens however please note there is a no refund policy. Please try to make sure that you can attend the trip before booking it. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance (CFAR) within 10 days of your purchase. If you need to cancel your booking, you’ll be able to recover your investment from your insurance provider. 

Q: I’m interested but don’t feel comfortable sharing space with another person, are there private room options?

Q: When/where will this event be held?

This Fashion Capitals Experience will be held fromSeptember 20th-30th, 2025 in Europe’s fashion capitals:

• London, England

• Milan, Italy

• Paris, France.
  

Q: Are flights included?

No, you are responsible for your flight to and from Paris. However, your hotels stay is included with your ticket. Hotel accommodations are shared within a shared room with another London & Paris Fashion Experience attendee. You will be able to connect with other attendees before the trip starts.

Q: Which Airport should I fly into?

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is the most popular airport in the city. Orly Airport (ORY) in Paris is another option that is smaller and closer to the city center.

Q: What flight schedule do you suggest?

Arrivals: We suggest arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) no later than 4pm, so that you will have time to settle in and attend our Meet and Greet. 

Departures: We suggest that you plan to depart from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) the morning or afternoon of September 30th, 2024, as hotel check out is at 11am. 

Q: How are we getting to London and Milan?

We will be taking train rides between cities with our base being in Paris. We will return back to Paris before flying out.

Q: What happens if I miss a payment?

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email at hello@fashionmentor.co. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

Q: After I make my first reservation, how do I start making monthly payments?

Monthly payments will be withdrawn on an outlined schedule when you sign up with Affirm. If you register under our in-house payment plan, monthly payments are withdrawn automatically on the same date originally registered. For example if you signed up on October 15th, the payments will be due the 15th of every month until paid in full. You will also receive reminder emails in advance regarding your upcoming payments

Q: What day should I fly in/out Paris?

You will want to check into the hotel on September 20th. That means if you’re coming from Los Angeles and the flight is 11 hours, your flight would leave September 19th and you would land September 20th. It is your responsibility to ensure your flight arrives on the correct date. Checkout will be September 30th. .

Q: Will there be time to explore on my own?

Absolutely! There will be enough time for you to explore both cities at your leisure whether you want to go see Mona Lisa at the Louvre, go visit Big Ben, see a show at Moulin Rouge, go to the Duomo in Milan, or people watch near one of the city’s many cafes.

Q: When will I receive the day-to-day itinerary for my trip?

Itineraries are sent no later than 30 days before the trip via email.
